Ball Joints QI
Ball joints QI is our quick disconnect ball joints used in applications where the housing needs to be easily disconnected from the ball stud. This is accomplished by pulling back the spring-loaded outer housing. Imperial and metric sizes and threads are both available. Specials: Special sizes and configurations are available in volume.

Material and surface treatments:
1)Ball socket: low carbon steel Q235A;Ball stud: medium carbon steel 45; Shell: ow carbon steel 20.zinc plating. Spring: stainless steel 304.
2)Ball socket and ball stud: alternative stainless steel 304,stainless steel 303 or stainless steel 316.Surface passivation.
3)Ball socket and ball stud: alternative aluminum 6061 with anodic oxidation treatment.
